Q:  Do the wingless pads really stay in place? 

A:  The wingless do stay in place really well if worn in regular snug fitting panties (I prefer wingless myself rather than fussing with snaps).  You just have to remember to hold onto the pad by pinching the front of it through the panty fabric when pulling your underwear down.
