Q:  I am considering purchasing some of your pads but I was wondering what your return policy is first.  The reason I ask is that I am wondering whether to order just a couple to try out first or just order all of the ones I will need at once.  It would be nice to avoid the shipping cost of a trial order by ordering them all at once but not if I can’t return them if I don’t like them.

A:  I recommend to my customers that are unsure to just purchase enough for trial to begin with to save time and money in the end (I offer free S&H to Canada and the US on all orders over $50 so you can get a nice sample selection for that amount and won’t have to worry about shipping costs).  You can find my full return policy here (just scroll to the bottom of the page).
