A: Yes, the flannel does keep you feeling dry and comfortable (and it’s soooo soft!).
I’m worried that the incontinent pad may leak if I wear it during the daytime and can’t change it right away. Will fluid eventually start to seep through clothing?
The fleece backing is a moisture barrier that prevents leakage through to clothing. The only time fluid will leak will be if the pad itself reaches complete saturation and then you would get compression leaks (you would need to be sure to change the pad before total saturation).
